Eight vitamins and minerals

Daily nutrients.
Clearly listed.

Vitamin D3, B6, B12, folate, biotin, magnesium, iron and zinc. Including 200 mg magnesium and 50 mcg vitamin D3.

Why daily intake matters ↗

USDA food-intake data found 92% of adult men and over 97% of adult women below estimated average requirements for vitamin D. For magnesium, the figures were 55% and 51%. These are intake gaps from food and drinks alone, not deficiency diagnoses. Supplements were excluded.

NHANES 2013–2016, adults 19+, excluding pregnant and lactating women. USDA tables A31 and A36 ↗

5 mg BioPerine®

BioPerine®.
Absorption support.

Black pepper extract included to help support nutrient bioavailability and absorption.*

Explore the ingredient research ↗

A study examined 5 mg piperine alongside CoQ10. After 21 days, CoQ10 exposure was higher. CoQ10 is not in Nutrease, so this is not proof of increased absorption of the nutrients in our formula. The study authors were affiliated with the ingredient manufacturer.
