Cancellation policy

Automatic renewal

If you choose a subscription, your order renews automatically at the price and frequency you selected at checkout (for example, $39 every month or $88.98 every 3 months) until you cancel. Your card is charged on each renewal, and we email you 5 days before each charge.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online in your account or by messaging us through our contact form. To stop a renewal, cancel before the charge date in your reminder email. Cancelling stops future charges.

Refunds on subscription orders

Our 90-day guarantee covers your first subscription order, and that order stays covered after your first refill ships. Refills can be replaced or refunded only if they arrive damaged or wrong. See our refund policy for how to ask.
